Question 3

How does billing work for the Professional plan?

Question 4

Can I use SlotPe for events and ticketing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SlotPe Events lets you create paid or free ticketed events with QR check-in and instant ticket delivery. There is no commission on event ticket sales.

Question 5

How do WhatsApp reminders work?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp reminders are available on the Professional plan. You can set a reminder 24 hours before the appointment and another 1 hour before. The first reminder helps clients reschedule if needed; the second keeps the appointment top-of-mind.

Question 6

How do I accept payments?

Accepted Answer

SlotPe integrates with Razorpay and supports UPI, GPay, PhonePe, net banking, and cards. Payments go directly to your linked bank account — SlotPe does not hold funds.
