What is
Meru Chikitsa?
Meru means spine in Sanskrit. Chikitsa means treatment or healing. Together, Meru Chikitsa translates to "setting right using the spine" — an ancient Ayurvedic healing technique that works with the body's natural intelligence.
Through gentle, light touches applied along the spine and body, the practitioner helps release deep-held tension, restore alignment, and reawaken the body's own healing capacity. Each session is typically 30 minutes and is performed with the person remaining fully clothed.
Rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, Meru Chikitsa works not merely on the physical body, but on the energy body — creating space for balance to arise naturally, from within.
