1. Information We Collect

When you use SlotPe, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, and email address when making a booking. Business owners additionally provide business details during registration.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to confirm bookings, send appointment reminders via email and WhatsApp, and allow business owners to manage their schedule. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers in India (Supabase/AWS ap-south-1 region). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

4. WhatsApp & Email

By booking an appointment, you consent to receive a booking confirmation and reminders via email and/or WhatsApp. You can opt out by contacting the business directly.

5. Cookies & Consent

We use essential session cookies (slotpe_session) to keep business owners logged in. These are always active and cannot be disabled.

We use a third-party customer support widget (Crisp.chat) to help you get answers while browsing. Crisp.chat sets its own cookies when you give consent. It is optional — you can decline and it will not be loaded.

Consent: On your first visit, a banner asks whether you consent to Crisp.chat. Your choice is stored locally and respected on return visits. You can revisit your preference anytime from the footer link.

We do not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.

You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing us at hello@slotpe.in. We will respond within 7 business days.
