Subscription Fees
SlotPe subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewal, and your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Free Plan
The Starter plan is free. There are no charges, so no refunds apply.
Appointment and Event Payments
SlotPe does not collect customer appointment or event payments as merchant of record. Businesses and event organizers collect payments using their own UPI ID, QR code, or payment link. Any refund, dispute, or repayment is handled directly between the customer and the business or organizer.
