1. Acceptance
By using SlotPe (slotpe.in), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Service Description
SlotPe is an appointment booking platform for Indian service businesses. We provide tools for businesses to accept bookings and for customers to schedule appointments.
3. Business Accounts
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listed services, pricing, and availability. SlotPe is not responsible for disputes between businesses and their customers.
4. Zero Commission
SlotPe charges a flat subscription fee for paid plans. We do not take a percentage of any booking transaction. Direct payments between customers and businesses are the sole responsibility of those parties.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use SlotPe for illegal activities, spam, or to misrepresent your business. Accounts in violation may be suspended without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
SlotPe is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed appointments, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
