Question 1

Is SlotPe really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. It includes unlimited bookings, up to 8 active services, email reminders, and UPI payment collection. The Professional plan at ₹299/month adds WhatsApp reminders, video call links, and advanced customisation.

Question 2

Does SlotPe charge commission on bookings?

Accepted Answer

No. SlotPe charges zero commission on any bookings you receive. What you charge your customers is entirely yours — SlotPe earns through optional subscription plans, not per-transaction fees.

Question 3

How does billing work for the Professional plan?

Accepted Answer

The Professional plan is ₹299/month when billed monthly, or ₹199/month (₹2,388/year) when billed annually. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. No long-term contracts.

Question 4

Can I use SlotPe for events and ticketing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SlotPe Events lets you create paid or free ticketed events with QR check-in and instant ticket delivery. There is no commission on event ticket sales.

Question 5

How do WhatsApp reminders work?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp reminders are available on the Professional plan. You can set a reminder 24 hours before the appointment and another 1 hour before. The first reminder helps clients reschedule if needed; the second keeps the appointment top-of-mind.

Question 6

How do I accept payments?

Accepted Answer

SlotPe integrates with Razorpay and supports UPI, GPay, PhonePe, net banking, and cards. Payments go directly to your linked bank account — SlotPe does not hold funds.
