How does billing work for annual plans?▼
Annual billing is charged as a one-time payment of ₹2,988 (₹249/month × 12 months, saving you ₹600 compared to monthly billing). You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
How do WhatsApp reminders work?▼
Professional businesses can enable WhatsApp reminders for appointments. Each WhatsApp send uses 1 credit from your monthly balance; email confirmations continue to work even if credits run out.
What if I need more WhatsApp credits?▼
You can purchase additional WhatsApp credit packs anytime from your dashboard — 60 credits for ₹100 or 160 credits for ₹200.
